field\nMinimum of 3 + years experience in talent development, HR or project management\nProject management experience with a proven track record of developing, maintaining and maximizing the impact of programs\nExperience partnering with business leaders to provide business-specific recommendations and solutions\nExperience utilizing data analytics to drive decisions in an HR or related function\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPossess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills\nExperience leading and operating in a global environment\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment\nDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships\nAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions\nAbility to take initiative and drive for results\nStrong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery\nExperience extracting insights from large HR datasets to guide strategy\nProficiency with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Excel, SQL, Spotfire or Tableau/Power BI)\nFunctional knowledge of learning platforms (LMS) and other HR tech stacks like LXP\nExperience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) within HR functions to enhance talent analytics or automate
