Purchase to Pay is spread across four global locations: Dallas, Texas; Freising, Germany; Baguio City, Philippines; and Shanghai, China.\nWhat You Will Gain From this Role:\nAs an Accounts Payable Specialist in US, you’ll demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of AP processes. You’ll engage with internal and external partners to resolve outstanding issues and support key AP metrics. The AP specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices in compliance with TI's policies and controls. This is a hands-on execution role that requires strong attention to detail, a compliance mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within the team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInvoice Processing: Perform high-volume processing of vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.\n Three-Way Matching: Execute three-way matching (Purchase Order, Receiving and Invoice) to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies including price variances, quantity mismatches and missing documentation.\nPayment Execution: Ensure all invoices are properly processed, approved and executed timely to support weekly payment runs across various countries and currencies.\nVendor Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding payment status, remittance advice and account reconciliations.\nStatement Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure all liabilities are captured and the vendor accounts are maintained accurately.\nCompliance & Audit: Maintain organized and accurate digital records of all financial transactions.\n Minimum Requirements:\nAssociates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related to accounting\n3 years experience Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or a similar transactional finance environment\nMust have experience in SAP - AP and PO modules\nMust have basic MS Office Skills (Excel and build a spreadsheet/pivot tables/VLOOKUP)\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHighly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a
