This position provides the opportunity to drive continual improvement at all levels. Our team is primarily focused on driving improved procedures and processes. We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team.\nThe responsibilities of a YE Execution Engineer include:\nSupport YE operations to keep the wafer manufacturing line safe and free of defects.\nDaily operational planning and execution to resolve line bottlenecks and support internal customer inspection needs. \nProceduralizing lot disposition for fellow engineering technician efforts, keeping a keen focus on documentation and quality control. \nUtilize expertise on inspection platforms to perform defect partitions and understood defect sourcing methodologies to quickly determine root cause.\nDevelop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality\nImplement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvements\nPerform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies\nIdentify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner\nSupport the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs)\nParticipate in data analysis and problem resolution with other engineering and manufacturing departments. \n Minimum requirements:\n2+ years in an engineering or manufacturing role/position\nBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field\nPreferred qualifications:\nStrong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies\nExperience in the Semiconductor Industry\nDemonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills\nExperience on defect inspection recipe writing and inspection setup is a plus\nAbility to fetch and manipulate large amounts of data quickly and familiarity with SAS is a plus\nProficiency in AI-enabled workflows is a plus\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions\nStrong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery\nDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships\nAbility to work
