Fellowship Program Position: This Fellowship Program position is a full-time, temporary, limited term assignment not to exceed three years from the date of hire. It is intended for individuals that have graduated with a bachelor's degree or master's degree from an accredited college or university within the last 12 months. Target start date in January 2027 The Procurement Contracts Operations Associate provides operational and technical support to the Procurement Contracts Department (P C). The position supports department management; delivers customer service to internal and external stakeholders; maintains data in complex accounting and contract administration systems; develops procedural and technical documentation; analyzes data and reports department metrics; and contributes to P C projects and initiatives. The position collaborates proactively with the P C team, Contract Management Office, external vendors, TRS leadership, and agency staff.
