You’ll use precision measuring tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment to build products that meet our customers’ exact requirements.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nAssemble multiple parts and components according to customer specifications, drawings and work instructions.\nFabricate parts and assemblies to meet customer requirements and established quality standards\nRead and interpret schematics, blueprints and technical drawings.\nUse basic measuring and hand tools, including tape measures, calipers and micrometers to accurately measure and inspect parts.\nPerform mold fabrication using heating and cooling presses as well as related equipment. \nMeasure and verify components to ensure they meet required specifications.\nSafely handle materials and frequently life up to 50 lbs.\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area following 6S principles.\nFollowing applicable ISO requirements and established GDP practices.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nBasic math and measurement skills.\nAbility to follow written work instructions and attention to detail.\nAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environment.\nReliable attendance and a willingness to learn.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious fabrication, manufacturing or assembly experience.\nExperience working with molds, presses, or heating/cooling equipment.\nExperience reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings.\nExperience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.\nKnowledge of 6S and Manufacturing.\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequently stand and walk throughout the shift\nLift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds\nBend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks\nWork safely around manufacturing equipment while wearing required PPE\nBenefits\nTCI offers a competitive benefits package, including:\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\n401(k)\nCompany 401(k) Match\nLife Insurance\nAccidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance\nShort-Term Disability\nLong-Term Disability\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nIf you're looking for a stable manufacturing career with opportunities to learn new skills, work with advanced materials, and grow with an industry leader, we'd like to hear from you.\nNo recruiters or staffing agencies, please.\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
