Important information to know:\nThis is a 4-year program mixed with on-the-job training (OJT) and classroom instruction at Macomb Community College\n\nEach apprentice is partnered with a journeyperson who is a subject matter expert in their field\n\nApprentices will be paid for their full time OJT and Kautex will pay for their tuition to Macomb\n\nEach apprentice must take at least one class per semester\n\nApprentices will become members of the UAW\n\nApprentices will be Kautex employees and will be able to take advantage of available benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.)\n\nIntroduction:\nKautex is a global company with over 30 plants in 13 countries.
