This position can be an entry into the Program Management career track or other areas such as Finance, Contracts, Business Development, etc.\nWe are seeking a detail-orientedCDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) Leadfor the T-7A Maintenance Training System program. The roleis responsible formanaging all contractual data deliverables, ensuring compliance with defense regulation. Serving as a liaison between government customers, contractors, and internal teams, the CDRL Lead ensuresaccurate,timely, and secure data delivery while optimizing workflows to meet critical program objectives.\nKey Responsibilities \n·Serve as the primary authority for managing all CDRL deliverables, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and customer contract specifications.\n·Interpret and analyze government contracts (DIDs, CDRLs) and establish workflows to meet all requirements.\n·Develop and maintain CDRL data tracking processes in line with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring timely delivery.\n·Partner with program management, technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contributions for all deliverables in alignment with program milestones.\n·Perform reviews for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance with contractual or legal criteria.\n·Closely supports PM team and collaborates with other functions including engineering, scheduling, contracts, procurement, manufacturing and finance\n·Participates in and supports preparation of customer and internal reviews\nWho We Are\nTextron Systems is part of Textron, a $14 billion, multi-industry company employing 35,000 talented makers, thinkers, creators and doers worldwide.
