We look forward to getting to know you and sharing more about our values and local benefits.\nWhat awaits you:\nManage and execute projects follow the FLP\n\nResponsible for the Coordination of launch activities, design, build and commissioning, timing of new product lines and modifications.\n\nBe responsible for successful sampling preparation and launch of equipment, develop and follow up timing plan and actions (PDCA, Handover Progress\n\nChecklist, Readiness checklist). The AME is also responsible for sampling preparation of other projects in the local plant (readiness checklist).\n\nCreate Manuf. System Design (MSD) and PCE /CD sheets for new projects\n\nSupport the ECR and ECO process\n\nPlan and manage Plant CAPEX. Order equipment on time as planned.\n\nBe responsible and perform ,Process flow chart, PFMEA before ordering e.g. tools, equipment\n\nEnsure your participation for Design Review and Drawing review\n\nSupport or create regional Specialist by defining SOW\n\nSupport for continuous improvement of existing product lines in located plant related to production equipment and tools.\n\nResponsible for manufacturing flow/ methods according Kautex Standards\n\nEnsure transfer of technical knowledge and prevent reoccurrence of failures ( A3 thinking)\n\nSupport production issues like blow molding, welding, assembly and testing problems, firefighting in the plant related to production equipment, tools and machines (BMM).\n\nSupport purchase department and SAM during the supplier nomination process for process equipment, take part at concept meetings, check concept to our specifications\n\nIntroduction:\nKautex is a global company with over 30 plants in 13 countries.
