This role is instrumental to ensure our projects align with Bell’s objectives, budget and schedule contributing to our overall success and growth.\nWhat you’ll be doing as a Facilities Project Manager\nProject Oversight: Manage all aspects of Bell facilities projects, including planning, design, construction scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.\n\nStakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.\n\nDesign & Construction Management: Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.\n\nCost Management: Review and approve budgets, cost estimates, and change orders; ensure cost control measures are in place.\n\nContract Administration: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with architects, engineers, and contractors.\n\nRisk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project.\n\nCompliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Bell health and safety standards.\n\nReporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, including status reports on schedule, budget, and key milestones.\n\nProblem Solving: Address project challenges promptly, working with all parties to resolve issues effectively and maintain progress\n\nWe’re more than aviation experts, we’re pioneers.
