The primary platform supported will be the ARV system, but other systems and platforms may be included.\nConduct course development; develop and present formal training courses and materials.\nConduct training task analysis. Assure that uniform and efficient training and publications processes are applied on assigned programs.\nCoordinate editing, production, and delivery of training materials.\nEvaluate training methods and recommend changes/improvements to ensure efficient and effective qualifications of students.\nPerform as a Subject Matter Expert for operations and maintenance related issues. Provide technical and operational expertise for hardware and software development, testing, and utilization. Interface with engineering personnel to support product improvement.\nServe as classroom, and/or field trainer, to conduct initial qualification, refresher, sustainment, and remedial training. Document and track student progress.\nAssist with preparation of technical, cost, and schedule estimates and proposals. Prepare plans for accomplishing training and documentation tasks.
