transformation objectives.\n\n- Evaluate and mitigate enterprise risks by implementing rigorous governance frameworks and security-by-design principles across all technical layers.\n\n- Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of solution design, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder expectations.\n\n- Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps that optimize performance, reduce technical debt, and drive innovation.\n\n- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of architectural excellence to ensure high-quality delivery across all project phases.\n\nRequired Skillset : \n\n- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, multi-tier enterprise architectures that integrate seamlessly with legacy and modern cloud-native environments.\n\n- Proven ability to navigate high-stakes stakeholder environments, effectively communicating technical trade-offs to non-technical leadership to secure project buy-in.\n\n- Advanced proficiency in identifying and addressing enterprise-level risks, ensuring that all architectural designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.\n\n- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence organizational strategy and drive consensus among diverse technical and business teams.\n\n- A Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.\n\n- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to lead on-site teams in Thane/Navi Mumbai while
