and statistical analysis.\n\nBuild predictive models using various datasets ranging from technical (price/volume) to alternative data sources.\n\nDesign and evaluate new signals.\n\nImprove portfolio construction, risk allocation, and execution.\n\nWork across the full research lifecycle, from idea generation through live deployment and ongoing monitoring.\n\nBasic Requirements\nExperience across multiple energy markets, including power, natural gas, crude oil, or refined products.\n\nDeep understanding of energy markets, including supply and demand modelling, seasonality, storage, logistics, and physical market flows.\n\nSeveral years of experience managing or researching systematic energy or commodity strategies.\n\nStrong quantitative background with experience applying statistical or machine learning techniques to financial markets.\n\nExcellent Python programming skills and the ability to work with large datasets.\n\nExperience building systematic investment strategies rather than discretionary trading alone.\n\nStrong understanding of portfolio construction, risk management, and systematic execution.\n\nStrong interest in energy markets and quantitative research.\n\nNice to Have Requirements\nExperience with machine learning applied to energy or commodity forecasting.\n\nKnowledge of real-time research infrastructure and production trading systems.\n\nGraduate degree
