\n- 从模糊诉求中识别真正的业务目标、用户角色和成功标准; \n- 设计 AI SaaS、Agent、RAG、内容生成和工作流产品方案; \n- 将方案落成 PRD、流程图、原型、功能规格和验收标准。\n2. 负责从需求到上线的完整交付\n- 推进需求承接、方案设计、开发跟进、联调、UAT、上线和复盘; \n- 管理 2-3 个企业客户项目，掌握范围、节奏、风险和依赖; \n- 协调产品、前端、后端、AI、设计、测试及客户团队; \n- 处理需求变更、优先级冲突和版本边界，管理客户预期。\n3. 设计“可控、可用、可验证”的 AI 体验\n你需要持续思考：\n- 哪些环节适合交给 Agent，哪些必须由规则或人工完成; \n- 如何设计上下文、知识检索、工具调用和多轮交互; \n- 如何处理模型不稳定、结果不可解释、成本过高和响应超时; \n- 如何通过权限、人工确认、失败兜底、日志和评测，让 AI 能在企业环境中可靠运行。\n4. 把一次交付沉淀成平台能力\n- 从客户项目中提炼通用流程、组件、模板和交付方法; \n- 沉淀需求模板、方案模板、UAT 用例、问题排查手册和最佳实践; \n- 识别不同客户之间的共性需求，推动产品标准化与复用; \n- 参与建设企业 AI 产品的工作流、角色权限、知识库、Agent 编排和质量评估体系。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n我们希望你具备：\n- 3 年以上 B2B、SaaS、企业软件或复杂项目产品经验; \n- 有完整的企业级项目交付经历，能够独立推进从需求到上线; \n- 擅长客户沟通，能把业务语言翻译成产品语言、技术语言和验收语言; \n- 具备较强的结构化思考和项目推进能力，能够同时管理多个项目; \n- 理解大模型、RAG、Agent、Function Calling 等基本概念，知道它们的能力边界; \n- 能够判断什么时候应该使用模型，什么时候应该使用规则、工作流或人工审核; \n- 对产品质量、数据安全、权限、可观测性和上线风险有基本意识; \n- 有较强的文字表达能力，能够写清楚 PRD、方案、流程和问题结论。\n加分项：\n- 使用 API 独立做过 AI 应用、内部工具或自动化工作流; \n- 亲自参与过 Agent 编排、RAG 检索、工具调用或多轮对话设计; \n- 有内容生产、素材管理、知识库、营销科技或多模态 AI 项目经验; \n- 接触过图像生成、视频理解、ASR、TTS、数字人或多模态工作流; \n- 做过企业级权限、SSO、角色治理、数据同步或第三方系统集成; \n- 熟悉 AI 产品评测、Bad Case 归因、Prompt 优化、成本治理或模型路由; \n- 能够使用 Cursor、Claude Code、Codex 等 AI 工具提升调研、原型和交付效率。\n你会获得什么：\n- 参与真实的大型企业 AI 项目，面对复杂业务，而不是只做 Demo;
