high-quality breakfast experience for hotel guests while managing breakfast preparation, ordering, stock control, and compliance standards.What We're Looking For- Previous breakfast chef or similar kitchen experience.- Strong food safety and HACCP knowledge.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a service.- Strong organisation and attention to detail.- Passion for quality food and hospitality.What We Offer- Expected earnings up to £34,000 per annum including service charge.- £30,000 basic salary plus monthly service charge.- 30 days annual leave.- Hotel and dining discounts
