It's a popular destination for conferences, corporate events and leisure travellers.\nAbout the Role\nWe are currently recruiting a welcoming and passionate hospitality professional to join our Reception team as a Night Auditor at Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough. \nYou'll help ensure our hotel operates seamlessly through the night by balancing exceptional guest service with operational accuracy. Supporting overnight arrivals, departures and daily financial processes, you'll help create a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment.\nYour attention to detail, sound judgement and calm approach will provide a smooth transition between each day while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver exceptional overnight guest service while maintaining a safe and welcoming hotel environment.\nComplete guest arrivals, departures and overnight enquiries professionally and efficiently.\nPerform end-of-day financial reconciliation and night audit procedures accurately.\nPrepare daily operational and financial reports for hotel leadership.\nMonitor hotel security and respond appropriately to overnight incidents or emergencies.\nMaintain accurate guest records and process overnight transactions.\nLiaise effectively with the incoming morning team to ensure a smooth operational handover.\nFollow company policies, security procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.\nSkills & Experience\nPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and customer service.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProfessional presentation and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to remain calm, organised and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.\nConfidence using hotel systems and handling guest information responsibly.\nAbility to collaborate across departments and share information effectively.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nAbility to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders.\nExperience performing end-of-day financial reconciliations or audit processes preferred.\nStrong numerical accuracy and analytical skills.\nAbility to work independently during overnight operations while managing guest requests and operational priorities.\nExperience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and night audit procedures is advantageous.\nQualifications, Certifications & Licenses\nRelevant qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or Business is advantageous.\nCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (where required).\nExperience or training in hotel night audit procedures, financial reconciliation or front office operations is preferred.\nExperience using Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.\nThe Benefits\nAt TFE Hotels, we believe work should feel good for our guests and for our people.
