We're currently seeking a welcoming, dependable and detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our Front Office team as a Part Time Night Auditor.\n\nAbout the Role\nYou'll help ensure our hotel operates seamlessly through the night by balancing exceptional guest service with operational accuracy. Supporting overnight arrivals, departures and daily financial processes, you'll help create a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment. Your attention to detail, sound judgement and calm approach will provide a smooth transition between each day while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. \n\nWorking overnight, you'll become the trusted face of the hotel while playing a critical role in supporting both our guests and our operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver exceptional overnight guest service while maintaining a safe and welcoming hotel environment. \nComplete guest arrivals, departures and overnight enquiries professionally and efficiently. \nPerform end-of-day financial reconciliation and Night Audit procedures accurately. \nPrepare daily operational and financial reports for hotel leadership. \nMonitor hotel security and respond appropriately to overnight incidents or emergencies.\nMaintain accurate guest records and process overnight transactions. \nLiaise effectively with the incoming morning team to ensure a smooth operational handover. \nFollow company policies, security procedures and workplace health and safety requirements. \nAbout You\nYou're calm under pressure, highly organised and enjoy working autonomously.\nYou love helping people, have a keen eye for detail and understand that great guest experiences don't stop when the sun goes down.\nSkills & Experience\nPrevious experience in Front Office, Night Audit, hospitality or customer service roles preferred. \nExperience performing end-of-day financial reconciliation or audit processes preferred. \nStrong numerical accuracy and analytical skills. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to work independently while managing guest requests and operational priorities. \nStrong attention to detail and organisational capability.\nExperience using Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is advantageous. \nFlexible availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\nQualifications\nRelevant qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or Business is advantageous.\nExperience or training in hotel Night Audit procedures, financial reconciliation or Front Office operations is preferred. \nExperience using Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.\nCurrent RSA certification where required.\nWhy TFE Hotels?\nAt TFE Hotels, we believe work should feel good for our guests and for our people.
