Through genuine hospitality, thoughtful service and attention to detail, you'll help every guest feel welcomed, valued and cared for from arrival to departure.\n\nWorking as part of the Front Office team, you'll build meaningful guest connections while ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional experiences our hotels are known for.\n\nNo two days are the same. From check-ins and guest enquiries to local recommendations and problem solving, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for every guest.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nWelcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.\nComplete guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.\nManage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.\nCoordinate reservations, room allocations and Front Office administration.\nAssist guests with arrivals, departures and concierge-style requests.\nProvide local recommendations and hotel information to enhance the guest experience.\nCollaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.\nMaintain a professional, organised and welcoming Front Office environment.\nAbout You\nYou love working with people and genuinely enjoy helping others. You're calm under pressure, bring positive energy to every shift and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.\nSkills & Experience\nPrevious experience in customer service, hospitality or a Front Office environment preferred.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProfessional presentation and a guest-focused approach.\nConfidence using computer systems and learning new technology.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.\nExperience with a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) is advantageous.\nAvailability to work a flexible casual roster including weekends and public holidays.\nQualifications\nRelevant qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or Business is advantageous.\nExperience using a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.\nPrevious customer service or hospitality training is advantageous.\nCurrent RSA certification where required.\nWhy TFE Hotels?\nAt TFE Hotels, we believe work should feel good for our guests and for our people.
