Responsibilities\nWelcome guests and provide an exceptional first impression of the hotel\nManage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately\nRespond to guest enquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions\nHandle reservations, amendments and room allocation requests\nProcess payments and maintain accurate guest records\nAssist with guest requests and resolve concerns professionally and promptly\nCoordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience\nMaintain Front Office presentation and operational standards\nSupport the team with administrative and reception duties as required\nAbout You\nYou'll bring:\nPrevious experience in a customer service, reception, hospitality or front office role\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills\nA genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\nThe ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment\nA professional and positive attitude\nFlexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays\nDesirable\nPrevious hotel
