This role will interact with internal stakeholders across TFG’s Trading and Service divisions and external stakeholders, where relevant.\n Gather, validate, and document business requirements:\nSupport the validation of identified sourcing initiatives to ensure alignment to Group and Divisional requirements\nClearly articulate business needs and analyse spend data to quantify savings, risk reduction, transformation, or sustainability benefits\nAnalysing information and data:\nAnalyse gathered needs and supporting spend and other data to present a clear case for sourcing support\nValidate insights from analysis with Sourcing teams and stakeholders for buy-in\nIdentifying gaps between requirements and solutions\nImproving processes, framework and practices:\nConduct analysis and research to support the ongoing improvement of NMP capabilities, with particular emphasis on Sourcing Toolkits, NMP capabilities, and the Coupa Commodity Tree\nAssist with process and reporting standardisation across the NMP team\nSupporting sourcing teams during the sourcing life cycle:\nProvide support to Sourcing teams for analysis requirements, data understanding, and benefits calculations\nProvide support for reporting requirements for Group Procurement Committee, Category Advisory Boards, key stakeholder engagements, and portfolio updates\nLeadership and reporting support:\nSupport the Business Process & Analytics Manager with reporting, analysis, process coordination, and team priorities.\nSupport the Head of Non-Merchandise Procurement with reporting requirements and management information.\nAd hoc reporting and business support:\nPrepare ad hoc reporting and analysis as required\nSupport ad hoc tasks and initiatives aligned to team and business prioritise\nTeam support and capability building:\nSupport, train, and mentor junior team members where required.\n A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent will be an essential requirement\nBusiness Analysis, Data Analysis and / or Procurement qualification preferable\n3 - 5 years’ experience in a related field, preferably with in-depth knowledge and analysis experience\n3 years relevant experience in the retail sector, with the ability to navigate and operate effectively within a complex organisation that has competing priorities and demands.\nDemonstrated experience in continuous improvement and simplification of complex requirements and processes essential\nExperience of conducting supplier performance management preferable\nExperience working with spend data, procurement data, or business reporting would be advantageous\nAdvanced Excel and reporting capability would be advantageous\nFinance knowledge would be advantageous\nSkills:\nStrong business analysis and data analysis skills\nStrong reporting capability and attention to detail\nStrong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and networking skills\nExcellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills\nAbility to work independently with limited supervision and strong follow-through\nAbility to support and guide junior team members\nThe ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-growth and high change environment (Resilience)\nBehaviours:\nBusiness Insight -
