# DC Process Manager- Inventory

The DC Process Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all inbound operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective receipt of goods. They manage accuracy, enforce compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows. Additionally, they analyse performance metrics, implement process improvements, and lead team development to drive operational excellence. Lead and optimise inventory management processes to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy across the Distribution Centre. Drive stock control initiatives through effective cycle counting, stock reconciliations, and variance investigations. Maintain accurate inventory records by ensuring all stock movements are correctly processed and recorded within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Analyse inventory data and performance metrics to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Investigate and resolve stock variances through detailed root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
