Additionally, they analyse performance metrics, implement process improvements, and lead team development to drive operational excellence.\n Lead and optimise inventory management processes to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy across the Distribution Centre.\nDrive stock control initiatives through effective cycle counting, stock reconciliations, and variance investigations.\nMaintain accurate inventory records by ensuring all stock movements are correctly processed and recorded within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).\nAnalyse inventory data and performance metrics to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.\nInvestigate and resolve stock variances through detailed root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.\nMonitor and manage aged, slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged stock to minimise losses and improve inventory health.\nEnsure compliance with inventory control procedures, stock governance standards, and audit requirements.\nLead and support cycle count programmes, annual stock takes, and inventory audits to maintain inventory integrity.\nCollaborate with Operations, Inbound, Outbound, Suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and stock availability.\nDesign and implement inventory process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce inventory-related risks.\nMonitor key inventory KPIs including inventory accuracy, stock variance, cycle count completion, stock availability, shrinkage, and inventory turnover.\nDrive initiatives focused on loss prevention, shrinkage reduction, and inventory optimisation.\nEnsure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health and safety requirements.\nPrepare and present inventory reports, audit findings, KPI scorecards, and continuous improvement recommendations to management.\nManage, coach, and develop team members to build capability, accountability, and a high-performance culture within the inventory function.\nSupport operational decision-making through accurate reporting, inventory analysis, and actionable insights\nEnsure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health and safety requirements.\nPrepare and present inventory reports, audit findings, KPI scorecards, and continuous improvement recommendations to management.\nManage, coach, and develop team members to build capability, accountability, and a high-performance culture within the inventory function.\nSupport operational decision-making through accurate reporting, inventory analysis, and actionable insights.\n Relevant Degree or Diploma in a related field.\n\nDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management will be advantageous.\n\nMinimum 3 years Distribution Centre (DC) experience.\n\nMinimum 1 year people management experience.\n\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, SAP EWM, Manhattan, JDA, Oracle, or SYSPRO\n\nSkills:\nInventory Management\nStock Control & Reconciliation\nCycle Counting\nInventory Accuracy Management\nStock Variance Analysis\nWarehouse Operations\nDistribution Centre Operations\nInventory Auditing & Compliance\nRoot Cause Analysis\nLoss Prevention & Shrinkage Control\nStock Governance\nInventory Planning\nReplenishment Management\nBehaviours:\nEnsures Accountability -
