This role ensures the right product is available at the right time for the online customer while balancing availability, margin and inventory investment.\n Commercial Ownership & Trading\nDrive online sales, stock, margin and profitability performance against agreed targets.\n\nMonitor daily and weekly trade performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities.\n\nEvaluate campaign and promotion performance to maximise commercial outcomes.\n\nImprove conversion, availability, sell-through and inventory productivity.\n\nDemand Planning & Forecasting\nDevelop and maintain sales, stock, intake and demand forecasts.\n\nSupport seasonal planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.\n\nTranslate merchandise strategies into actionable online plans.\n\nImprove forecast accuracy through continuous review and analysis.\n\nInventory Optimisation\nManage stock investment and inventory productivity.\n\nOptimise stock cover, stock turn, sell-through and availability.\n\nSupport markdown and clearance strategies.\n\nPartner with Supply Chain to improve stock flow and fulfilment performance.\n\nCross Functional Partnership\nPartner with Buying, Merchandise Planning, E-commerce and Marketing teams.\n\nProvide data-led recommendations that influence commercial decisions.\n\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships across the business.\n\nInsights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement\nDevelop dashboards and management reporting frameworks.\n\nProvide actionable insights on customer demand and online performance.\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement\n\n Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Analytics or related field.\nMinimum 2-5 years experience within Merchandise Planning, Online Planning, Retail Planning or Retail Analytics.\nExperience in forecasting, inventory management and commercial performance analysis.\nFashion, apparel or omnichannel retail experience preferred\nSkills:\nAdvanced Excel including Power Query, Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.\nPower BI and business intelligence tools.\nStrong analytical and commercial modelling capability.\nBehaviours:\nDrives Results -
