all facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and operational areas within an exclusive luxury destination.\nThe role leads the maintenance team, manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs, coordinates contractors, supports departmental requirements, and ensures that all systems and facilities operate efficiently and to the highest standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance and engineering team.\nDevelop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.\nOversee the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, water, lighting, fire-safety, security, and building systems.\nConduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, service areas, public areas, offices, and operational spaces.\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, emergencies, and operational concerns.\nEnsure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.\nMaintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, work orders, equipment history, and maintenance schedules.\nManage maintenance inventories, tools, spare parts, materials, and equipment.\nCoordinate with Security, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Recreation, Finance, and other departments to support smooth daily operations.\nLiaise with approved contractors, consultants, suppliers, and service providers.\nObtain quotations, review technical proposals, and support purchasing and budget-control processes.\nMonitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed according to approved specifications and quality standards.\nEnsure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, fire, building, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport inspections, audits, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and business-continuity planning.\nIdentify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, reliability, and operational performance.\nAssist with capital projects, renovations, installations, and improvement works.\nEnsure all maintenance staff follow organizational policies, safe-working practices, and professional standards.\nTrain, coach, and develop team members to improve technical performance and service delivery.\nPrepare regular maintenance reports, budgets, forecasts, and operational updates for management.\nMaintain appropriate confidentiality regarding organizational operations, facilities, systems, and security-sensitive information.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nDesired Skill & Expertise\nBachelor’s degree, diploma, or technical qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in a Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar leadership role.\nExperience within a luxury, premium, private, corporate, residential, lifestyle, or high-end operational environment is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of building systems, MEP services, preventive maintenance, health and safety, and contractor management.\nExperience managing maintenance teams, budgets, suppliers, and service agreements.\nStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nProficiency in maintenance-management systems and Microsoft Office or comparable workplace systems.\nRelevant technical licenses, certifications, or professional memberships are an advantage.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work flexible hours and respond to urgent maintenance matters when
