The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams to automate workflows, streamline operations, and integrate enterprise systems through scalable BPM and workflow orchestration solutions.\nThe candidate should have strong experience in process modeling, workflow automation, API integrations, and enterprise application development.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, implement, and maintain business workflows using Camunda BPM / Camunda Platform 7 or 8.\n\nCreate and maintain BPMN, DMN, and CMMN process models.\n\nDevelop workflow services and process orchestration components using Java / Spring Boot.\n\nIntegrate Camunda with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.\n\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated workflows.\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize process performance and workflow execution.\n\nImplement exception handling, logging, security controls, and monitoring mechanisms.\n\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.\n\nParticipate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to BPM standards and governance.\n\nSupport production deployments and resolve workflow-related incidents.\n\nPrepare technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides.\n\nQualifications & Experience -
