Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions.\nWe are currently seeking experienced Freelance Clinical Study Coordinators to support a hospital-based clinical trial at sites in the Malmö, Helsingborg, and Stockholm areas.\nAs part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to a leading global pharmaceutical company and work closely with site personnel to ensure the study is conducted efficiently and in accordance with protocol requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the site during an intensive patient recruitment period.\n\nMonitor patient flow and help identify potentially eligible study participants.\n\nCoordinate study visits and study-related activities within protocol-defined timelines.\n\nCollaborate closely with investigators, research nurses, and hospital staff.\n\nSupport study documentation and data collection activities as required.\n\nEnsure protocol procedures and time-critical study activities are completed as planned.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious experience as a Clinical Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Coordinator, Research Nurse, Study Nurse, CRA, or similar clinical research role.\n\nGood understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes.\n\nExperience working in hospital-based clinical research environments.\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\n\nFluent in Swedish and English.\n\nAbility to be present regularly on-site at the assigned hospital location.\n\nContract Details\nFreelance consultant agreement.\n\nAround 0.3 FTE\n\nStudy duration expected until April 2027.\n\nOpportunities available in Malmö, Helsingborg, and Stockholm.\n\nWhat We Offer\nWe provide opportunities for personal and professional growth in a rewarding environment.
