This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team, developing employees, coordinating daily operations, solving problems, and ensuring quality and customer expectations are met.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Quality Services Supervisor, you'll:\nSupervise and provide daily direction to assigned teams of Team Leaders and Inspectors\nCoordinate daily schedules and staffing to support customer requirements\nCoach, train, and develop employees to improve individual and team performance\nAssist with new employee orientation and ongoing training\nMonitor employee performance and provide input for performance reviews\nHelp ensure accurate daily operational and quality data\nComplete scheduled Layered Process Audits (LPAs)\nSupport 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement\nTroubleshoot operational issues and help identify improvements\nWork closely with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving\nReview and authorize employee time sheets\nHelp ensure teams consistently follow company policies, procedures, and customer requirements\nPromote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment\nRequirements\nWe're looking for a hands-on leader who can balance people, quality, customer service, and day-to-day operations.\nIdeal candidates will bring:\n Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience\nExperience in quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, production, or a related environment\nExperience scheduling employees and coordinating daily staffing needs\nStrong communication and customer service skills\nExperience coaching, training, or developing employees\nGood problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nFamiliarity with ISO standards, 5S, quality procedures, or continuous improvement\nAbility to use computers for scheduling, timekeeping, data review, communication, and other daily tasks\nFlexibility to support changing customer and operational needs\nA valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as some local travel is required\nIf you're a Team Leader or Supervisor ready for your next opportunity, and you enjoy developing employees, solving problems, supporting customers, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd like to hear from you.
