工作职责:

1、根据游戏风格，独立设计制作游戏UI动效和特效相关资源，提高游戏的美术表现;

2、对效果模式和形式有较强的洞悉能力，发现和理解新的特效表达方式;

3、熟悉UI动效设计流程，能够独立承担整个项目的动效设计过程，并有成功案例;

4、对用户体验有一定了解，热爱游戏，对前沿设计敏感，有优秀案例者优先。

任职资格:

1、三年及以上的游戏特效从业经验，有扎实的美术基础与审美;

2、根据游戏风格，独立完成游戏的UI动效动画效果;

3、对于节奏感、打击感、视觉设计、色彩对比有较为成熟的理解;

4、有一定的优化经验，在注重效果的同时对游戏性能与资源量有很好的把控;

5、熟练使用AE及2D、3D动画与特效软件。
