This role will determine how new products can be manufactured efficiently, reliably, and at scale while partnering closely with engineering, operations, quality, tooling, and production teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead manufacturing-readiness activities for NPI projects from tooling kickoff through production release.\nEvaluate product manufacturability and production requirements.\nDetermine tooling, packaging, automation, equipment, labor, and process-capability requirements.\nDevelop cost estimates and quoting inputs for labor, tooling, packaging, automation, machinery, and manufacturing processes.\nDefine, qualify, and validate new manufacturing equipment and processes.\nSupport PFMEA, IQ, OQ, and PQ activities.\nCreate work instructions, SOPs, project records, and production-handoff documentation.\nTrain operators and support production teams during new-product launches.\nMonitor launch metrics and manage the transition from engineering into ongoing production.\nPrepare and evaluate RFQ packages for packaging, automation, and post-processing equipment.\nManage project scope, action items, deadlines, and communication throughout development and launch.\nWork directly with suppliers, customers, tooling shops, and internal cross-functional teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.\n4+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or new product launch experience.\nExperience with injection molding and/or blow molding.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process validation.\nStrong communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.\nAdditional Experience\nIQ, OQ, and PQ experience.\nSolidWorks or similar CAD software.\nERP systems.\nIQMS/DELMIAWorks.\nWork Environment\nCombination of office and manufacturing-floor work.\nHighly collaborative environment involving engineering, production, quality, tooling, and operations.\nMinimal travel to suppliers, customers, and tooling partners.\nBenefits\nCompany covers approximately 87% of employee healthcare costs.\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage available immediately upon hire.\n401(k) with 50% company match on contributions up to 6%.\nVacation/PTO negotiable based on experience, with a typical starting point of 2 weeks.\nPTO accrual cap of 240 hours.\nFlexible holiday PTO bank, allowing employees to choose which major holidays they take off.\nWhy Join This Team\nThis is an opportunity to take real ownership of how new products move from concept to production.
