Do\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair packaging equipment to support daily production\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on packaging machinery\nDiagnose equipment issues and replace worn or damaged components\nRepair and maintain vertical and horizontal packaging machines\nWork with equipment manuals, diagrams, and maintenance documentation\nMonitor machine performance and address downtime issues quickly\nPerform light facility maintenance when needed\nOperate a forklift as part of maintenance and production support activities\nCoordinate with outside contractors for specialized electrical and welding repairs\nEquipment You'll Work On\nMatrix packaging machines\nHayssen packaging machines\nVertical packaging machinery\nHorizontal packaging machinery\nMulti-lane packaging equipment\nTape machines and related production equipment\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience maintaining and repairing packaging equipment\nStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills\nAbility to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical documentation\nExperience using hand tools and power tools
