The successful candidate will oversee the institution's financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance. strengthen financial controls, and provide strategic financial guidance to management.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n Oversee the institution's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.\n\n Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports.\n\n Monitor cash flow, liquidity, income, and expenditure\n\n Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.\n\n Develop and maintain effective internal financial controls.\n\n Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improved profitability.\n\n Manage treasury operations and financial resource allocation. Oversee reconcillations, accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.\n\n Coordinate internal and external audits.\n\n Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.\n\n Advise management on financial strategies and business decisions\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\n\n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA (K).
