For more information, please visit our website at www.transperfect.com.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nData Entry - entering invoices without errors\n\nResolve payment issues and answer payment questions from company vendors and internal business managers.\n\nIssue payments to suppliers\nLease/loan payments - recurring payments to be made in accordance with underlying documents.\n\nOperations recurring payments - monthly payments for rent, phones, internet, and other services\n\nOperations invoiced payments - irregular payments for invoiced items (non-linguistic vendors)\n\nEmployee Reimbursements\n\nGovernment Agencies & Taxation Authorities\n\nCode bills with regards to G/L accounts\n\nVendor/Company Reconciliations\n\nMaintain an open line of communication with other departments, TPT offices and vendor’s AR departments - enabling the accounts payable process to flow efficiently\n\nProcess expense reports submitted via Concur\n\nImmediately report any service interruptions resulting from late or missing payments\n\nTrack late payments including vendor, bill date, due date, check date, late fee, explanation, etc.\n\nWork as a team player within the accounting department and foster an environment of teamwork\n\nScanning and uploading of documents to archives\n\nNotify vendors of payments\n\nContact payees regarding payment issues\n\nSpecial projects as assigned by management\n\nWho We Are Looking For:\nGreat attention to detail\n\nStrong computer skills, Experience with any Accounting platform preferred\n\nAble to perform in high pressure situations\n\nProblem-solving abilities\n\nUnderstanding of chart of accounts\n\nSuperior written and spoken communication skills\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1 year of office experience.\n\nWhy TransPerfect:\nFor more than 25 years, we have honed a culture where all kinds of ideas are shared and new ventures are not only welcomed, but also encouraged.
