The Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow that ultimately leads to Contributors’ satisfaction.\nDESCRIPTION:\nCollaborate with payment support team on daily tasks related to processing payments for Contributors across different locations\n\nResponsible for vendor onboarding and payment information verification\n\nCommunicate with other teams and departments within the company to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about payment and onboarding status\n\nUtilize various tools and systems for vendor communication and payment processing (e.g., Zendesk, ProjectA, RIPS)\n\nResponsible for providing timely updates to the Production team, Sourcing team and Account Payables teams\n\nDo timely follow-up with project team to release pending payments for the Contributors from different locations\n\nMonitor and control payment requests statuses, troubleshoot payment issues and collect any missing information\n\nComply with relevant and applicable procedures\nProactively adapt to changing procedures and learn new information independently\n\nComplete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor\n\nRequirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nExceptional communication skills - being able to communicate important project updates both verbally and in writing\n\nEffective use of systems and tools to plan, organize, and prioritize, to ensure successful project completion through proficient time management\n\nProblem-solving skills - effective analysis and creative solutions for any problems that might arise\n\nIndependence in carrying out assigned tasks\n\nA sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure\n\nKnowledge of payment cycles, account payables and basic accounting procedures\n\nOutstanding teamwork and collaboration skills -
