As a Client Services Representative, you will respond to queries, make custom configurations in our web-based applications and troubleshoot issues. provides the first line of support for all end users (internal at TransPerfect and for our clients) for GlobalLink Technology, a growing suite of web-based applications.\nClient Service Representatives daily responsibilities include:\nResponding and managing requests on helpdesk software\nProviding phone support for users calling into the support phone line.\nManaging the individual projects on GlobalLink applications, including working with the administrators in the creation of the site, training end users on using the application, and working closely with the site administrators on the ongoing upkeep and management of the site.\nBeing an exceptional teammate, working together to tackle high volumes of requests within SLAs.\nCommunicating internationally with teammates and users & displaying great cultural acceptance.\nPerforming User Acceptance Testing on features relevant to Administrators of the applications and providing feedback\nRequirements\nRequired Skills, Experience and Qualifications:\nExperience in customer service\nSuperior written and spoken communication skills in English\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nProficient with Windows Operating systems\nAbility to quickly and effectively learn to support TransPerfect Interactive’s web-based applications\nMust be able multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work independently and as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent\nDesired Skills and Experiences:\nExperience supporting web-based applications or other help desk role\nProficient with Mac OS\nProfessional-level language skills in Spanish (not required but
