editorial disagreements among relevant departmental staff to maintain a cohesive organizational narrative and aesthetic.\n\nEffectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and demonstrating a sense of urgency.\n\nServe as a thought leader within the team, sharing industry insights and best practices to inspire creativity and strategic thinking across teams.\n\nPrepare compelling presentations and reports to effectively showcase design proposals and outcomes.\n\nDesign and develop visually captivating assets for diverse projects, including logos, PowerPoints, infographics, social media assets, UI/UX, brand design, video and animation.\n\nConduct thorough market research to optimize brand identity and design strategies for both internal and client brands.\n\nMonitor industry trends and utilize insights to craft unique and innovative designs.\n\nParticipate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts.\n\nDevelop concepts and materials to support sales efforts, translating client goals into tangible products.\n\nHandle media assets, including graphic creation, digitization, archiving, and tracking, to ensure efficient workflow.\n\nProactively identify and implement tools and strategies to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree required\n\nComfortable with technical script writing and concepts\n\nExcellent writing and communication skills are a must\n\nExpertise in MS Office programs (PowerPoint formatting)\n\n1-3 years of experience in Project Management and Creative projects (Graphic Designs etc.)\n\nProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro,
