Builds relationships with clients, learning each client’s technical specifications and advising on best practices when appropriate. Identifies potential project problem areas and solves those problems before and as they arrive.\nAs the Senior e-Discovery Project Manager you will be part of the TLS global information security management team responsible for the risk management, policies and procedures for the Australian information security management system (ISMS) pertaining to ISO27001 security standards. This role ensures that TLS Australia follows the policies and procedures defined in the ISMS, that those procedures are up-to-date based on current identified risks, that new policies and procedures are implemented as needed by the business, and that policy owners maintain their procedures according to defined review schedules. In addition, this role will serve as the main point of contact for TLS’s Australia’s security stance and incident management as well the domain expert for security related components of client projects.\nPosition responsibilities:\nResponsible for the execution of litigation support projects\n\nOversee full life cycle of projects according to client parameters\n\nTrack delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope\n\nCommunicate with clients and proactively offer solutions to improve their workflow through the life cycle of a case\n\nBe available to answer client questions about web hosting software and perform various administrative functions of the application(s) to meet clients’ needs\n\nMonitor multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met\n\nWork with Relativity and LAW to execute document productions, including bates stamping, creating load files and performing OCR\n\nDesign custom event handlers and Relativity Scripts to improve workflow\n\nWork closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities set by the client\n\nServe as a liaison between the production staff, and the client during the life cycle of a project\n\nDevelop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action\n\nEnsure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are met\n\nAttend client meetings with sales teams to assist in closing deals\n\nPerform other special projects or duties when required\n\nWork with the global ISMS team to identify risk and contribute to policy development and implementation of a continuously evolving ISMS, including business operational policies, threat prevention, regulatory requirements, business continuity, and disaster recovery systems and processes that are documented, tested, and maintained within the ISMS system.\n\nEnsuring ISMS policies and procedures are being followed and adhered to, covering all aspects of the ISMS from clean desk policies, to ensuring validity of system log files and the integrity of data replication / backups.\n\nEnsuring that members of the TLS team security training is UpToDate and they continue to read and understand all policies in the ISMS and have received security training relevant to their job functions.\n\nEnsuring that policy owners with the ISMS have reviewed / updated their documentation according to the procedure review lifecycle.\n\nEnsuring security and system access (physical and logical) is audited on regular basis conforming to the principle of least privilege (PoLP)\n\nIdentification of ISMS continuous improvement opportunities with TLS Australia.\n\nMain point of contact for incident management and security breaches\n\nMain point of contact for internal and external audits, including client audits.\n\nActive member of the global ISMS implementation team for TLS\n\nEssential skills and experience required:\nBachelor’s or JD Degree\n\nAt least 2 years of eDiscovery project management experience required; vendor preferred\n\nWorking knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processing\n\nExperience with Digital Reef, Relativity, IPRO, LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance, Summation or other review database applications is a must\n\nKnowledge of MS Office applications including MS Access required\n\nAvailable to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed\n\nAvailable by phone or email when out of the office as needed\n\nAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines\n\nExcellent customer service skills\n\nMust be a high-level problem solver and have high multi-tasking skills\n\nDemonstrated high level skills in relationship management, influencing, negotiating, consulting, and communicating, both oral and written, on complex issues including effective expectations management in an environment of conflicting priorities\n\nDemonstrated high level of competence in developing documentation, managing procurement and selection processes.\n\nDemonstrated expertise with information management systems, secure data management techniques, risk assessment, and technical security policies and procedures.\n\nBrings a practical knowledge of technology, internal audit, external audit or ICT security practices with experience in undertaking reviews within public sector and/ or private sector organizations\n\nDesired skills:\nKnowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic\n\nRCA certification\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows end user device Operating Systems\n\nAdvanced knowledge of
