level of support to existing B2B clients.\nPosition responsibilities:\nDevelop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect Life Sciences’ services\n\nIdentify prospective customers and individual organisations to focus on sales activities\n\nDevelop new client relationships via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows\n\nIn coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities\n\nPromote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect’s services\n\nProvide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team\n\nManage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures\n\nTake an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service\n\nPerform other special projects or duties when required\n\nRequirements\nRequired skills, experience and qualifications:\nInterest in or previous experience in Strategic Business Development and/or Client Services/Account Management\n\nAbility to build and maintain relationships\n\nSuperior written and spoken communication skills in English\n\nGood analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\n\nMinimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent\n\nAbility to commute to our London office 5 days per
