Responsibilities will include:\n\nProcessing weekly & bi-weekly payroll, reports, reconciliations, year-end procedures and W-2’s for multi-state employees.\n\nEnsuring the accurate processing of all mandatory and voluntary deductions as well as garnishments, liens, direct deposit requests, 401K loans, etc.\n\nResponding to inquiries and verifications for unemployment and other payroll-related data.\n\nMaintaining related records, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for management.\n\nEnsuring legal compliance in completing all paperwork including all Federal, State and Local laws regarding payroll administration.\n\nEnsuring compliance with all company policies and procedures as they relate to payroll.\n\nProcessing weekly, bi-weekly, special compensation, commission, and bonus checks with the highest standard of accuracy and timeliness.\n\nCounseling and resolving employee payroll issues.\n\nAbility to create and analyze reports on an as needed basis.\n\nKeeping current in trends and regulations as they relate to the payroll function.\n\nPerforming other special projects or duties when required\n\nWho We Are Looking For:\nBA degree\n\nMinimum 7 years of direct payroll experience\n\nWorkday experience preferred\n\nComputer literacy to include MS Office products as well as payroll software\n\nExcellent communications and customer services skills.
