You will work closely with product, marketing, and technology stakeholders to turn business requirements and user feedback into secure, scalable, and intuitive product experiences.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITES:\nBuild and Maintain AudienceAI\nDesign, build, test, and maintain features across the front end, back end, APIs, databases, and supporting infrastructure.\n\nTake technical ownership of the application, including its architecture, integrations, deployment, and ongoing improvement.\n\nTranslate product requirements and user needs into practical technical solutions.\n\nMake sound technical decisions that balance delivery speed, scalability, maintainability, and security.\n\nMonitor application performance, reliability, and security, resolving issues proactively.\n\nEvaluate and integrate third-party services, APIs, data sources, and AI technologies where they create meaningful product value.\n\nMaintain clear technical documentation to support development, onboarding, and troubleshooting.\n\nContribute to Product Direction\nWork with product and business stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.\n\nHelp convert user feedback, usage data, and internal ideas into clearly scoped product improvements.\n\nChallenge requirements constructively when a simpler or more valuable solution is available.\n\nMaintain a strong focus on usability and customer outcomes.\n\nProvide clear updates on progress, trade-offs, and delivery risks.\n\nCollaborate Across Teams\nWork with other engineering teams to ensure AudienceAI operates effectively within the wider TransPerfect technology environment.\n\nContribute engineering support to selected Translations.com initiatives where required\n\nRequirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:\n3-5 years of professional experience in software development, including full-stack work on production applications.\n\nStrong front-end experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.\n\nStrong back-end experience with Node.js or Python.\n\nExperience designing and building APIs, service integrations, authentication flows, and data-driven applications.\n\nSolid knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases and data modelling.\n\nExperience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring.\n\nAbility to turn incomplete or evolving business requirements into clearly defined technical work.\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
