met.\n\nCoordinate with Web Development Engineers, SEO Specialists, and Digital Marketing Specialists to align tasks and objectives.\n\nFacilitate clear and consistent communication between technical and marketing teams.\n\nApply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile and/or hybrid approaches, to support efficient planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.\n\nUse project management tools such as Monday.com and ClickUp to manage workflows and updates.\n\nTechnical Support and Oversight\nCollaborate with Web Development Engineers to manage CMS updates, technical optimizations, and API integrations.\n\nSupport technical audits and assist in implementing solutions to improve site performance and SEO.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements.\n\nOversee the deployment of landing pages, email templates, and campaign-specific web assets.\n\nMarketing Integration\nWork with marketing specialists to ensure project deliverables align with digital marketing goals, including lead generation, SEO performance, and social media campaigns.\n\nSupport the execution of paid and organic search initiatives, ensuring smooth technical implementation.\n\nFacilitate the localization of campaigns, including coordinating translation workflows and localized content updates.\n\nHelp optimize campaign assets such as landing pages and email templates for performance and usability.\n\nReporting and Documentation\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.\n\nTrack and report on key metrics related to project timelines, budget adherence, and performance outcomes.\n\nAnalyze project data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with business, marketing, creative, technical, and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations, priorities, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nServe as a central point of contact for technical and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.\n\nSchedule and facilitate meetings, including project kickoffs, status updates, and debriefs.\n\nSupport stakeholder engagement by providing clear updates on project progress and addressing concerns.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within digital marketing or web development environments.\n\nFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot).\n\nUnderstanding of web development fundamentals, SEO best practices, and campaign deployment.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExperience working with international, cross-functional, and culturally diverse teams.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nFluent English\n\nNice to have:\nBasic knowledge of front-end and back-end development principles.\n\nExperience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.\n\nFamiliarity with ABM strategies and global campaign localization.\n\nWork with international clients in the past\n\nCertifications such as PMP, CSM, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a
