Senior Backend Java Developer - Telecom Domain

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Backend (Java) Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of backend services, build scalable REST APIs, manage system integrations, and ensure high performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs and Java-based microservices.
- Manage and enhance existing business logic across assigned microservices.
- Implement Kafka producers and consumers for notification pipelines.
- Integrate backend services with external systems, including Firebase/FCM and other enterprise platforms.
- Work with MySQL databases, including complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Manage Docker, Kubernetes deployments, and Helm charts.
- Write unit, integration, and regression tests.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support L3/L4 escalations.
- Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation.
