The role requires close collaboration with engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDesigning and developing customized vehicle configurations.\n\nCreating engineering solutions using a modular product architecture.\n\nInvestigating and evaluating new customer requirements.\n\nSupporting the development and implementation of new product adaptations.\n\nEnsuring compliance with development processes, technical standards, and quality requirements.\n\nWorking closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nWe are looking for a proactive and technically driven engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges and working in a fast-paced development environment.\nRequirements:\nMinimum 3 years of engineering experience.\n\nPrevious experience within automotive or commercial vehicle R&D.\n\nExperience working in Catia.\n\nExperience working in OAS or a similar product data management system.\n\nStrong English communication skills, both written and spoken.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within customized product development and modular product platforms is highly valued. Previous exposure to customer-specific engineering solutions is considered an advantage.\nMeritorious experience includes:\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.\n\nExperience from S-order or customer-order-driven development.\n\nKnowledge of heavy vehicle products and systems.\n\nExperience working with modular product architectures.\n\nExperience with product structure management and engineering conditions.\n\nSwedish language skills.\n\nPersonal Qualities\nTo succeed in this role, you are curious, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
