You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our cutting-edge experiments, modeling intricate rotating systems, and delivering innovative solutions that redefine what's possible.\nWhat you need to succeed:\nCultural:\nVery strong team player. Working well as part of our team is, if anything, more important than individual brilliance.\n\nA bias for action and getting hands-on work done\n\nTechnical:\nA strong background in Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Mechanical Engineering.\n\nExceptional analytical skills to solve complex problems from first principles-calculating stresses, aerodynamic drag, inertia, and more.\n\nHigh spatial reasoning for accurate 3D conceptualization before CAD modeling\n\nCandidate Journey:\n1. Talent Screen - video call (30-45 minutes) - an introductory call with our Head of Talent.\n2. Technical Interview - video call (60 minutes) - initial, technically focused interview with our Lead Engineer.\n3. Onsite meeting (90 - 120 minutes) - in-person meeting with the team at our HQ in Maidenhead.
