We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise cybersecurity sales across the assigned region in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing multi-crore deals and building strategic relationships with CISO/CIO-level stakeholders across enterprise and government sectors.
This role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity solution selling, channel ecosystem management, and large deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive regional revenue targets
Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Manage enterprise and strategic accounts across BFSI, IT/ITeS, Telecom, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Government sectors.
Engage with C-level executives (CISO/CIO/CTO) to position cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
Lead large deal cycles from prospecting to closure.
Build and manage a strong channel and SI partner ecosystem.
Handle RFP/RFI submissions and government/PSU tenders.
Collaborate with OEM partners such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Microsoft, and Check Point Software Technologies.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
12-18 years of B2B technology sales experience, with at least 8+ years in cybersecurity sales.
Strong understanding of:
Network Security & NGFW
Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
SIEM & SOC
Managed Security Services (MSS/MDR)
IAM, EDR/XDR
Zero Trust & SASE
Strong exposure to compliance-driven industries (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, CERT-In).
Experience handling large RFPs and government tenders preferred.
MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.

Ability to manage complex, long sales cycles (6-12 months).
