You will be working under the Finance department and will be responsible for the delivery of all activities relating to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General accounting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform month- end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Accounts Payable: validate vendor invoices and staff claims, approval, receiving and completes payment.
- Accounts Receivable: monthly invoicing, monitors ageing and issuance of necessary official receipts/acknowledgment receipts.
- Monthly balance sheet preparation and analysis.
- Validates withholding tax report, and PEZA report for filing.
- Involve in both external and internal audit of the company.
- Compiling and preparing routine reports and summaries.
- Implement proper controls to safeguard company assets and ensures data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Must have 1- 2 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
- Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
