Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure & Defend, Observe & Protect, Explore, Travel & Navigate.We are looking for a Bid - Proposal manager.\nThe resource will be involved in:\nContributes and ensures the coordination of all Work Package Manager (WPM) activities for the preparation of the bid and the initial project baseline which will be transferred to the Project Manager.\nContributes to the assessment of alternative solutions\nContributes to the identification of customer selection criteria and hot buttons\nContributes to the definition of the Make/Team/Buy strategy and for the involvement of KIP, the Industrial & contractual strategy\nSupervise the Compliance status of all proposal elements, ensuring proposal schedule is respected\nIdentify the supply chain to set up for the project\nIn support of the Capture Leader and together with the Sales Manager - and KAM if relevant:\nSupport preparation of internal documentation for Gates approval\nManage and plan the activities of the Bid team focused on the preparation and writing of the proposal and associated documentation\nDefine the proposal template, list of annexes, and documentation-in line with the customer request and sales policy\nPrepare storyboards and mockups\nEnsure coherence among various elements (programmatic, financial, technical), reflected in the various volumes and contributions (e.g., supplier proposals)\nEnsure the proposal schedule is met\nSupport Red Team organization and manage feedback and reworking activities\nRequirements for the position:\n Degree in Economics or Management Engineering\nTrue team player, enjoying working within a multidisciplinary environment\nDemonstrates accountability by taking full responsibility for tasks and decisions, ensuring transparency and reliability in delivering results\nStrong coordination skills and ability to lead teams\nExcellent command of English.\nPermanent\nExperience: 1-7 Years\nCCNL Met/Ind - B2 Category\n€ 35.884,96 - 43.126,00\nPERFORMANCE BONUS (PDR) : up to 4.025€\nAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
