This role also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.\nDuties\nAdminister Business Applications based on end-user's requirements or ongoing needs while providing excellent customer service.\nAnalyze system errors and work with end users and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution.\nHelp diagnose performance issues related to business applications and work with internal and external vendors in their resolution.\nPlan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.\nPrepare user training document for business applications and associated processes with business departments\nRequirements\nAble to start as soon as possible\nFresh Graduate and Diploma in Information System or Computer Science related majors are welcome\nMicrosoft VBA/VB Script programming Experience\nKnowledge of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) solutions\nAny experience in the area of ERP such as SAP, etc will be a plus\nSmart and willing to learn new things\nGood communication skills\nAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
