You will ensure that complex technical policies and strategic plans are not only well-defined and fully understood by project teams, but are also seamlessly integrated with overarching business objectives to deliver decisive operational advantages.\nYou are ready to spearhead the local development and deployment of Thales' Next Generation C2 solutions for multi-domain operations (Land, Sea, Air, Space, and Cyber) across Canada. Acting as the critical bridge between the engineering, business, and customer ecosystems, you will proactively capture complex operational requirements. You will ensure the Canadian technical roadmap meets unique national defense needs while remaining tightly synchronized with the global Thales business line.\nYou are prepared to take a definitive leadership role in Defense Cloud and C2 innovation. Specifically, you will champion resilient, decentralized architectures designed for dispersed and distributed operational spaces-ensuring data superiority, edge computing capabilities, and uninterrupted command and control even at the tactical edge or in highly contested environments.\nRegulatory Compliance Requirement\nThis position requires direct or indirect access to hardware, software or technical information controlled under the Canadian Export Control List and/or the US the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
