He/she will be responsible to verify completeness of the BOM’s before officializing it in the PLM system and communicating it towards the ERP system (OCM).\nAssure the necessary product baselines (configuration) will be registered during the development and validation of the product. These baselines are linked to the development process (DDQS) defined by Thales.\nHe/she coordinates and monitors the execution of E- & M-BOM changes from development, verification and validation up to industrialization.\nMission Overview:\nDue to the number of projects, we need reinforcements in the Configuration team. The PLM tool used is PTC's Windchill, linked to the CAD tool Creo.\nVerify the content of the E- & M-BOM: structure, presence of BOM articles, necessary sub-assembly levels inclusive their documentation (DRW’s, production instructions, process inspections, production tools, …) \nPerform impact analysis of product & process changes with the different departments (logistics, quality , Methods, purchasing, bid & projects) \nAssure that all documents are validated (approvals) by the respective services before officializing them in the PLM system\nFollow up in ECR and their related Change tasks, assure progress and completion within the desired time frame.\nFine tuning change implementation with logistics, production and purchasing (activation date, product obsolescence’s => scrapping of stock, retrofit, …)\nCreation of Baseline BOM linked to project or contract mile stones\nManage all product AND process changes according internal & customer regulations\nManage M-BOM variants due to customer specific requirements \nMission Objectives:\nOfficialization and maintenance of E & M-BOM\nManage product and process changes\nCreate and implement standards, process flow improvements\nProfile requirements:\n>5 years of professional experience in configuration management role\nExperience in a product and process development team\nExperience with a PLM system, ideally Windchill\nRigorous, meticulous, and organized\nStrong soft skills, effective communication\nLanguage: French proficient , English
