With R&D centers and innovation hubs established in Beijing, Dalian and Hong Kong, Thales is committed to developing innovative solutions for its customers.Responsibilities:\n- Daily update receiving and shipment information on the customer's portal for all customers.\n- To create repair quotation and ensuring timely upload to customer's portal for CES GCSS QSEB only.\n- Daily check the quotation acceptance on the customer's portal and approve in SAP for CES GCSS products.\n- Daily upload the quotation into CHH & CSN's portal for ASW & GCSS products.\n- Assist in trials, team and roll-out of projects\n- Assist/Lead in the implementation and execution of new process/way-of-work.\n- To perform time-study of work processes, presenting reports and statistics\n- To propose process improvements in physical or data flow, participate/help in Kaizen activities.\nRequirements:\n- Junior colleges\n- Good communication and interpersonal skills\n- Proactive in providing assistance to team members\n- Proficient with office software\n#LI-JL1\nAt Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
