ORMaster’swith 6+ yearsin cybersecurity/engineering leadership.\n\nProven experience leading engineering teamsin complex cybersecurity, critical systems, or defense programs.\n\nHands-on expertise in threat modeling, hardware/software security measures, and cryptography(including post-quantum algorithms).\n\nCollaborative mindsetwith a track record of fostering cross-disciplinary team growthand psychological safety.\n\nStrong English proficiency(written/verbal);
